Near the house walking and cycling paths.

A well-maintained pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area featuring lounge chairs. Tropical plants add greenery, while a shade structure offers a place to relax. The villa's exterior is illuminated, creating a serene setting as the sun sets in the background.

Villa Lovran, nicely refurbished in 2017, is located near the old town of Lovran and Opatija, 200m from the beach and the famous Lungo Mare walkway. It offers a large heated pool with a shallow, sunbathing area, designer outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, large fenced garden and all the modern amenities (such as Netflix). Our safe and quiet environment, the vicinity of shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. ensures that guests can have a car-free vacation and avoid the crowds!

An infinity pool stretches towards the horizon, reflecting the clear blue sky. Surrounding greenery offers a serene backdrop, while hills are visible in the distance. Loungers positioned along the pool edge invite relaxation and appreciation of the landscape.

Our brand new villa with infinity pool is situated in a small village near Motovun town, in the heart of green Istria. With the magnificent view over Motovun, villa is offering the unforgettable moments to every nature lover’s. The house is for 6 persons+ 2 people can sleep in the living room, 240 m2 on two levels. The swimming season in the pool is from May to November.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with a patterned quilt, complemented by bedside tables with lamps. A decorative chest sits at the foot of the bed. Natural light streams through a window adorned with light curtains, with an en-suite bathroom visible in the background.
