Die Lage ermöglicht es euch auch, die nahe gelegenen Städte Wien und Tulln bequem zu erreichen - beide sind nur etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. HalterHausPuch - Loft in historischem Bauernhaus

Das Halterhaus war von 1913-71 das Viehhirtenhaus. Im Herbst 2013 wurde eine Komplettsanierung durchgeführt, bei der die ursprüngliche Erscheinungsform des Gebäudes erhalten blieb. So duckt es sich von der Straße aus gesehen mit kleinen Fenstern und öffnet sich rechts der Haustüre (nach Entfernung von Wänden und der Decke) in ein großzügiges lichtdurchflutetes Küche-Wohn-Esszimmer mit 70m2. Im ex-Stall links befinden sich Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC mit Fenstern in den 1500 m2 großen Garten.

Vacationhome in the vineyards

Willkommen in meinem kleinen Haus mitten in den Weingärten von Neustift am Walde. Am Grund habe ich Obst und Wein gepflanzt. Das Holzhaus wurde von mir liebevoll renoviert und den heutigen Wohnstandards angepasst. Im Erdgeschoss gelangt man durch einen Vorraum zu einem Schlafraum, einer Essecke und WC, Küche und Bad mit Dusche. Das Obergeschoss teilt sich in einen Schlafraum mit Balkon und ein Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt W-Lan und SAT-TV. Wein und Essen gibt es beim benachbarten Heurigen.

In diesem großen Haus (400m²) in einem ruhigen Bezirk in Wien (15 Minuten ins Zentrum) können Sie sich herrlich entspannen. In der Nähe gibt es viele gemütliche Restaurants und Heurigen. Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

We offer you a cozy fully equipped apartment with own kitchen in the ground floor of our House which is located in the beautiful village of Leobendorf very close to Vienna. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.
