Aureliana is a house on 2 floors with independent entrance in center town of Polignano, close to beach, old town and railway station. The first floor is a unique environment with double bed, bathroom and mezzanine with a second double bed (MEZZANINE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR BOOKINGS WITH MORE THAN 2 GUESTS). On the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with terrace. The house is furnished with all the comforts. Rented with tourist lease. Identity documents must be presented at check-in.

To enhance the rooms in this ancient eighteenth century, we have the typical materials of our territory, the walls and vaults are made with natural plasters, the floors and bathroom claddings the protagonist is the "cocciopesto" , terrace overlooking the sea and the old town.

Il Cigno, Beautiful house with large terrace

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
