Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Καλαίσθητο, φωτεινό, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στον πρώτο όροφο γωνιακής διώροφης οικοδομής σε γραφικό παραδοσιακό, νησιώτικο χωριό στην Ελλάδα. Υπάρχει μπαλκόνι στην μπροστινή και πλαϊνή πλευρά. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης ενός επιπλέον μονού κρεβατιού στο χώρο του σαλονιού. Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Our house is in the center, 200 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our house, which we designed for your comfort, is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Suitable for pets. The garden is all yours. There are sitting areas where you can sip your morning coffee or have a pleasant time in the evenings. In the garden, you can make a fire in the brazier in the winter months. In the winter months, it is comfortably heated with the underfloor heating system.

Pick your own vegetables, figs, pears, grapes, apples and peaches which are in the garden. Eat on the beach meters away from the house at tradition fish taverns. You can go into the village and have ouzo with locals ,visit the hot springs, go to the salt pit and observe the pink flamingos.
