Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Greetings! We are a couple renting out a cozy two-rooms, self-contained apartment just outside Polcenigo. We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. The property is newly renovated, well insulated, and climatically comfortable, with heating and AC powered by solar energy. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!
