Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, comfort, and quietness, with the sound of the sea too!

Old house of 90 m2 completely renovated, with its garden of 300 m2, in the heart of the old village of Port de la Guittière. In a green setting, overlooking the Perray sea inlet where it's nice to swim and enjoy oysters on site in one of the oyster shacks. Combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern, with a kitchen and a spacious living room, excellent bedding, two shower rooms. Have your meals on the terrace or in the shade of the fig tree. Private parking.
