La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Comodissimo a un minuto dal casello di Albenga luminoso trilocale con balcone al secondo e ultimo piano in palazzina di recente costruzione. Arredi nuovissimi cucina ben attrezzata ascensore e parcheggio privato in area condominiale recintata, zona residenziale tranquilla comoda a negozi e servizi. Splendida vista aperta e invidiabile privacy. Nessun ostacolo tra parcheggio e appartamento. Adatto anche a chi oltre al mare apprezza i suggestivi borghi dell'entroterra o pratica attività outdoor.

Appartamento centralissimo si affaccia sul viale alberato in centro ad Albenga che collega il centro storico a 350 m ed il mare a 700 m, con balcone, ristrutturato con aria condizionata, TV, lavastoviglie, 1 bagno con doccia e vasca e 1 bagno servizio. Si prediligono affitti settimanali durate i periodi di vacanza con un minimo di 3 notti. Spese utenze comprese.
