This house is in a quiet neighborhood, outside of the city but close to it. The panoramic views will allow you to relax to forget about the bustling city life and the noise and stress the cities bring. The house is on a land of 1500 m2 and is 100 m away from the nearest neighbour, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious landscaped, uncovered and covered terraces. Parking is free.

A terrace features a modern dining table surrounded by four textured chairs. A hanging chair adds a cozy touch. Natural light illuminates the space, highlighting the view of the nearby area. Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

This new apartment is outstanding. It is located on the beach Žnjan only, 30 metres from the sea, has 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom, large terrace overlooking the sea, a beautiful private infinity pool for yourself and a small pool for children with an outdoor shower. Parking for 2 cars is reserved and is located in the garage below the apartment. Žnjan is a very attractive location that provides proximity to a large number of beaches which can be reached in just a few minutes walk.

An infinity pool offers a stunning view of the sea and surrounding hillsides. Lounge chairs with cushions are positioned beside the pool, complemented by a small palm tree. The expansive sky above is dotted with clouds, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
