Είναι καινούριο, σύγχρονο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με θέα την παραλία που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι. Παρέχει πρόσβαση σε Wi-Fi. Το σπίτι διαθέτει συνολικά 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 μονό κρεβάτι-καναπέ. Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στο υπνοδωμάτιο, το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στην σοφίτα που ανεβαίνεις από την σκάλα και το μονό κρεβάτι-καναπές βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι, όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες.
