Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located townhouse. 11 minutes to Glenelg, 13 minutes to Adelaide CBD and 5 minute walk to the tram which runs between the two. With buses 100 metres away our 2022 built family home has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped (air fryer and & coffee machine!). The BBQ is outside for entertaining. Coles/Aldi are 100m down the road next to the Highway Hotel. Come experience our home and favourite side of town!
