Modern guest suite, at the side of a double fronted, end-terraced Victorian house with it's own private entrance and courtyard. In a leafy conservation area of Plymouth,near to the popular Royal William Yard and approximately 30 mins walk from the historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe and the City Centre. There is a large bedroom/living area with a superking bed which can also be made into 2 twin beds on request.Also, a galley kitchen area and shower room. Soundproofed from the rest of the house.

There are two double en-suite bedrooms, a twin en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom. This apartment sleeps up to 7 adults or 9 people in total (to include any children). Pets welcome.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.
