The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center of Paimpol, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, in a bucolic garden, enclosed by walls: quiet. 2 minutes' walk to the port, La Tossen beach, 10 minutes' drive or bus to the pier for Bréhat, the typical port of Loguivy-de-la-Mer, Beauport Abbey. Nearby (about 30 minutes by car) the Château de la Roche-Jagu, the pink granite coast, the Pleubian and Plougrescant peninsulas: pure happiness!

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. Our place is a former farm outbuilding converted into a studio. The one-hectare landscaped garden welcomes you. We are located next to Pontrieux, a small town of character and Paimpol, a small fishing and boating port. Ideally located to visit more than 100 kilometers of coastline from Binic via the island of Bréhat to Perros-Guirec, all these points can be visited by driving a minimum of 30 minutes on average.
