La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

This beautiful one bedroom property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor this property has an open plan living space, featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge area, warmed by a large wood stove. The shower room and toilet are also on this level. Up stairs is the master bedroom and relaxing loft area with a sofa bed. At the rear of the property is a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Breton countryside. This property is part of a privately owned hamlet.

Completely renovated in 2021, it offers a comfortable and modern layout; you can enjoy the small terrace in summer and the stove in winter... In the immediate vicinity, green spaces, walks, games for children, free access tennis... The sea and the marina of Perros Guirec are down the street, within walking distance... The beaches and the pink granite coast are nearby.

The spacious cottage is centrally located in a small, beautiful place between Morlaix and the seaside resort of Carantec, walking distance to the Riviere de Morlaix, close to the beautiful beaches of Carantec. The large, covered terrace allows for a pleasant outdoor stay with a view of the water even in not so perfect weather. The spacious living/dining room with open kitchen in architectural style offers plenty of space for the whole family.
