This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorica Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate units with independent entrances. The photos on the listing correspond to the rented part. Although this accommodation contains 7 beds, it is ideal for 4/5 people. The sofa is only an extra bed in the living room. The 5000 m² plot is located in a quiet area, away from the road and in a wooded environment.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. The house consists of an entrance airlock, a living room with a kitchen area, a showeroom, upstairs: a bedroom with a large double bed 160 cm x 200 cm bed. The whole overlooks a small courtyard furnished with a garden furniture and a barbecue in summer...
