On the ground floor on the garden, in the quiet of a luxury residence, very beautiful T2 totally renovated open to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Enclosed private garage in the basement. But, forget the car! the beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away, and shops are 300 m away.
