We rent our 23 m² studio perched on the top floor of the "Rochers": the only building in Castin at the water's edge! Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)

Enjoy our cozy studio located on the 1st floor with separate entrance and private southwest-facing terrace. Close to the center of Lancieux, 700 m from Saint-Sieuc and Briantais beaches, 15 mins from Dinard, 20 mins from St-Malo and 23 mins from Dinan. A parking space in the basement will accommodate your vehicle safely during your stay. On request: electric vehicle socket, extra charge of €10/day.
