25 m² studio in a recent house (2017) with independent entrance and parking space located on the GR34 passage. Several restaurants and Coz Pors Beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. Close to the house, and also within walking distance, are the aquarium and the sea forum (30° seawater pool and spa). Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We don't guarantee the sun, but we can guarantee good wine!! (Yves is a wine merchant).

This unique accommodation is close to Coz-Pors beach, its restaurants, shops and the Forum de la Mer (100 m).
