Its excellent south exposure makes it sunny and sheltered from the wind which allows lunch very often outside plancha or barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Downstairs is Ker Nelly's garden with children's games where you can walk them before going to the 2 nearby beaches or go fishing on foot.
