The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, facing the church, pretty townhouse completely renovated in 2022. Exceptional location with immediate access to all services and shops on foot, large market every Sunday morning and Tuesday evenings in summer. All the beaches of Plestin-les-Grèves are within a radius of 2 to 3 km. Many nearby sights. The cottage is part of a set of two separate houses but with common access via an outdoor staircase.

The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.
