Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Jolie maison de pêcheur donnant sur l'Yonne, entièrement rénovée en mai 2023. La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. On y accède par un escalier extérieur.

Possibilités de petits déj (8€/pers) et/ou repas le soir (25€/pers) sur demande à régler sur place. loc de 1 nuit/semaine/mois. Nous avons 1 chienne qui peut être impressionnante mais sociable. Upstairs, 3 adjoining bedrooms, newly refreshed. 1 large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, 1 medium bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 1 small bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Courtyard and outdoor terrace. The house is located in the village center, 10 meters from the rural home. Parking is outdoors, located 10 meters away as well.

Beautiful apartment located in the city center of Sens (l'Amande) close to the Cathedral, City Hall, covered market, and various shops and restaurants. Guests can take advantage of its full equipment with the kitchen open to the living room, its bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, its shower room and toilet, living room equipped with a large TV with Orange TV and Netflix. An office area with free Wi-Fi. 1 folding crib and 1 high chair on request.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. "The Walden Experience" the site

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

Independent house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, dead end overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and tobogán for the little ones and lots of toys. Umbrella bed, sheets, blankets on request, chair riser for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days upon arrival, available all year round.
