Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

A serene pool area is framed by lush greenery and the white architecture of the surrounding buildings. The still water reflects the clear blue sky, creating a tranquil atmosphere in this well-maintained outdoor space.

Just 50 meters from the beach, a five-minute walk! A beautiful 60m2 apartment. It includes 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60x2m) and another duplex with two twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped with kitchenware (No oven). Living room with TV with porch and direct access to a beautiful garden. Inner patio. WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. Parties are not allowed. Outdoor street parking.

In front of the beach, third floor, a 77 sqm apartment with a beautiful terrace where you can relax looking at the sea. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a wonderful view of the beach, a kitchen, a laundry room and a very spacious living room where you can access the terrace. Space designed for families, we have toys.
