Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Sleeps 4- queen bed and pull out queen sofa. Fully stocked kitchen, modern Euro kitchen, in unit W/D, marble slab modern bath. Starbucks, full gymnasium and convenience store on site. 24 years and older required of all renters at Encantame. Guests are not allowed to bring pets or animals.

Water Slide Condo Rocky Point on the Bottom Floor

Located just steps from the water slides on the bottom floor. You can watch your kids from the balcony or living room. Hard to find anything like this in Rocky Point. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Condo features Queen sofa bed in living room, Full bottom/Twin Top size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in second room. Master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. Resort fee is $7 a day per a person.

Beautiful beachfront villa on the Sea of Cortez with fast internet service! Centrally located on Playa Mirador, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home is within a short walking distance of Manny's Beach Club, Pitaya Bar and Pink Cadillac. Located in Las Conchas Sec 9, Grey Storm house is a unique retreat just 2 minutes walk from a pristine beach and 10 minutes drive to walmart, 15 minutes to El Malecon and Bars. Your space occupies the DOWNSTAIRS UNIT with your own private entrance, Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and 2 Bathrooms. Feel free to use the large courtyard to relax and BBQ. 1 to 2 dogs allow for a fee of $35 per booking. EV charge available at $25 per charge.
