La Palmerita Cabaña is an independent cottage, new and very pleasant. The interior is a room with a bathroom (IT HAS NO KITCHEN OR GARDEN OR LIVING ROOM). Has a small refrigerator. There is parking. It is about 800 meters from the beach (10-minute walk)Ask me about rental bikes. Ideal for a few relaxing days. Extrema limpieza. The Palmerita is a new Cabin very nice and comfortable. It is just a room with bathroom. THERE IS NOT KITCHEN, NOT GARDEN, NOT LIVING ROOM. Small frige YES. PARKING YES.

Cherry`s home. The cherry tree. Wooden cottage, all in one room. Decorated in rustic style, simple and cozy with all the necessary amenities. Quiet area 200 m from the beach. For one or two people. Pets are not allowed and only one child over 4 years old per couple will be accepted. It is a green space where there are three houses with garden that share the same land full of even small fruit trees ... Cherry, walnut, carob tree, plum tree, pomegranate, almond, apple, orange, lemon, grapefruit...

Villa 50 ms from the Beach in Roche. Conil. Cadiz

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

A charmingly renovated townhouse in a quiet Andalusian courtyard in the historic center. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Cool in summer due to its thick walls and cozy in winter as it has an electric radiator and fireplace. The patio leads to the terrace with stunning views. Pepa's little house

Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 650 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.

Cozy and modern house recently refurbished a few meters from an almost virgin beach, enjoy the sunset from your private roof terrace with incredible views of the beach. If you want to leave the house and cross a barefoot street with only the towel in your hand, this is your house. Wonderful thatched hut 300 meters from Mangueta beach. The ceiling is made of 100% natural and ecological straw. The ground floor of the hut is distributed by a kitchen, a living room with high ceilings and views of the terrace, the garden and a dream bathroom with natural stone floors with a bathtub. In the upper part is the attic room, which is not very high (1.60 at the highest point). The terrace has a table and chairs, a terrace sofa, and two hammocks.
