A small villa with incredible sea views!! This is a charming cottage type villa, set in a stunning seaside location. You will enjoy a bird's-eye view of the coast from your balcony and from the private swimming pool. And it’s just a few minutes walk down to the beach! End the day with a barbecue at the secluded front patio or dine out at one of the lovely restaurants in Maro or nearby Nerja. Villa la cola, ideal for relaxing and enjoying

The house is located in a beautiful valley, is totally independent and has privacy. The farm has fruit trees that are a delight in season. Outside there is parking, several terraces, one of which has a barbecue, and it also has a swimming pool to relax in. The interior has 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, plus the living room and kitchen equipped with everything needed to make delicious dishes. It's a very quiet area.
