Fantastic nice and cozy apartment of 72 sqm. with 2 spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, large, lovely east facing terrace with mountain view. The apartment is totally renovated July/August 2022. The apartment is part of the private and quiet Demelza Beach complex with a full 3 swimming pools, children's pool and a small restaurant. Nearby within walking distance are 3 beaches, Playa del Cura, Tauro and Amadores, Tauro Golf Course, as well as a center with a large supermarket and several good restaurants and bars.

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and balcony. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

Mira Sunshine Suite is a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace looking onto the beach of Playa Del Cura. The apartment is newly renovated and completely equipped. It has one double bed and two single beds. There are comfortable sunbeds on the terrace and an acclimatized swimming pool in the complex. There is air-conditioner, wifi, smart TV, and a private garage. The beach is 5 min walk (with elevator). The golf course is close. Playa del Cura beach is one of the nicest beaches.

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. This home is especially suitable for people with mobility issues or traveling with young children, as there are no steps to access the home. (The shower is not suitable for wheelchair users).
