Nice one bedroom apartment of 40m2 & a terrace of 60m2, with sea view and sun all day. It's on the ground floor. It is ideal for a couple. It's very cosy. The building has 60 floors. The pool is seasonal and cozy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the promenade & Santa Ana beach & park & bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped.
