Located close to the port, 5 minutes walk to the medical center, plaza de abastos, bus stop and taxi stop and close to the weekly flea market. Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

A view of the entrance reveals a doorway leading to a large porch, with a palm tree visible beyond the railings. The distant beach and water can be seen, providing an inviting connection to the outdoor scenery.

Petronila Bolnuevo House

In front of the Bolnuevo Sea, this home belongs to our family for more than a century. In it we have had the best summers of our life. Although it retains the structure and distribution of the original home, we have renovated it and equipped it with all the comforts possible, to make it a spacious, peaceful and unbeatable place to rest or work, enjoy the beach and the attractions of the area at any time of the year. It's not a flat, not an apartment, it's a house.

Townhouse on the ground floor.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 150 meters from Playa Grande, which is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean Sea with the family. Puerto de Mazarrón, apart from enjoying its beaches, has very nice areas for walking and mountain biking, from Calas de Bolnuebo, Cabo Tiñoso area; El Algarrobo; Peñas Blancas, Sierra la Moreras and countless ravines. If you like to enjoy mountain biking, I could point out many routes in these areas.

Brand new apartment (finished in June 2020), composed of a bedroom with two single beds, living room with a very spacious sofa bed and kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning, ideal for spending your vacations at your leisure. Apartment in the heart of downtown (ideally located between Playa del Paseo and Playa de la Isla), with the modernity of a new construction and with the seafaring setting characteristic of Sosiego.

A well-appointed outdoor seating area features a glass table surrounded by four contemporary chairs. The table is adorned with elegant placemats, wine glasses, and decorative elements. A green artificial lawn enhances the inviting atmosphere, while a trellis provides a sense of privacy.

New apartment in bahia (puerto de mazarron)

This apartment was renovated in July 2022. The beach is only 2 minutes walking from the house. It has a solarium very functional and modern. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a large wonderful terrace to get a tan and relax. It has also an awning so you can choose sun or shadow every day. Wifi, alarm, tv, air conditioner, etc,.

A private pool glows in soothing blue lighting, surrounded by a neatly landscaped area. Comfortable seating arrangements include two chairs and a table, providing a cozy space for relaxation. The evening ambiance is enhanced by soft lighting from a lantern.

Nice newly renovated house in one of the quietest areas of Puerto de Mazarrón, two minutes from the beach. Ideal for vacations as a family or with friends. With three bedrooms, an attic (available for more than 7 guests), three bathrooms, and a private pool. The ground floor has air conditioning and the rooms have ceiling fans. The ideal place to enjoy rest.
