Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

Brand new, right near the beach and the Malgrat de Mar's promenade where you can find the shops, restaurants and enterntaiments. The apartment is well located also close by the old town, market and city hall. A cozy place perfect for 3 persons. It has a room with doble bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, full equiped kitchen, a bath and a big balcony for chil. You will have a full equiped TV with NETFLIX and WIFI high speed.
