On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
