Spectacular views and tranquility. Beautiful traditional country house, renovated with all the amenities and overlooking the Valle de la Murta Natural Park. The 2-hectare orange grove estate climbs through terraces to the mountain pine forest, and features a huge whitewashed private pool. The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. Spectacular beachfront apartment. We are located on the first beach line in Tavernes de la Valldigna. Fully renovated 100m2 apartment, with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days of rest and tranquility with family and friends. The most spectacular thing is undoubtedly the sunrises on the terrace while drinking coffee or walking on the beach. Definitely a unique and reasonably priced experience!
