Only a pedestrian walkway separates the sea from the house. It has 232 m2 of built area and a total surface area of 546 m2. IMPORTANT changes 10/2023: Installation of air conditioning in the central area of the house. In 2019, a new kitchen, a four-person KAYAK, two bicycles, a wood-burning fireplace, board games, a BBQ grill, etc. were installed.

Centrally located apartment facing the sea and the beach with a balcony terrace. Super bright and incredible views. Restaurant area, shops, and meters from the Marina. It consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed en suite and another with 2 single beds and a 2-seater sofa bed with a terrace. Up to 6 people. Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, work area, dining room, and integrated modern kitchen. Ideal year-round. Heated. The place to enjoy a unique sunrise and sunset. Ecotax not included.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Book a unique accommodation with its own style in front of the sea. Torre Major is an excellent villa located in an exclusive quiet residential area of Alcanada, Puerto de Alcúdia. The Villa offers fantastic views of the bay of Alcúdia thanks to the various terraces. The furniture and art are of high quality, between modern and antique, acquired in antique shops or restored. Humbly, the villa is unique and perfect to be with family or friends.
