Consta de 3 habitaciones dobles,con a/a, 1 baño,salón comedor, cocina bien equipada, tiene dos terrazas y garaje con ducha. Está cerca de restaurantes, bares, souvenirs, supermercados.. Tiene wifi gratuito en todas las instalaciones. En las inmediaciones se pueden practicar distintas actividades como: equitación, snorkel, windsurf, golf... El aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca se encuentra a 45km.

This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.

The house, of modern construction (2010), and with a functional decoration, has a lot of natural lighting, due to its large windows and orientation. It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
