Large detached house located in the Sierra de Béjar, 20 minutes from the Covatilla ski slope, 15 minutes from La Cerrallana golf course and 10 minutes from the Baños de Montemayor Spa. It is ideal for hiking along many of the area's trails (perfectly signposted), including the new Ruta de la Plata greenway. Within a 20-minute drive, you can enjoy beautiful towns such as: Hervás, Candelario, Montemayor del Rio, etc. It has six bedrooms, all with full bathrooms; three with double beds and three with two twin beds, to which four extra beds for children and two travel cribs can be added. It has eight bathrooms, a kitchen with an office, a dining room, and a living room. There are different outdoor recreation areas: chillout, outdoor porch, private patio with seating area, as well as 800 meters of lawn. About a 10-minute walk away, and exclusively for guests, you can also enjoy a swimming pool with a garden, stables with 10 boxes, and a rustic track for horseback riding. Note: In accordance with Decree 3/2017 of February 16, which regulates tourist accommodation establishments in the Community of Castilla Leon, this house will never be rented for a period longer than 30 days in total over a year, complying with the definition of habituality of said decree.
