Studio avec mezzanine tres bien equipe lave vaisselle machine a cafe grille pain climatisation wifi gratuite.Situe dans une rue pietonne a 2 pas de la mer il est au deuxieme etage avec ascenseur etpossede un balcon avec table et chaises.De nombreux restaurants a proximite ainsi que le celebre marche aux fleurs. La salle d eau est equpee d un sechoir de gel douche seviettes. LE frigo a une bouteille de rose de provence comme cadeau d accueil. Deux dosettes de cafe pour le premier matin.

Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, l’appartement offre une très jolie vue sur les toits et le clocher de l'église sur la Vieille Ville. il suffit de 5 mn pour aller à la plage Bien qu'au cœur du pittoresque et vibrant Vieux Nice, l'appartement situé dans une rue vivante Autres remarques L'appartement est situé au 5ème et dernier étage et la dernière partie de l'escalier est un peu étroite. Attention l'escalier peut faire peur, mais l'appartement mérite un petit effort

Au coeur du quartier touristique de Nice, joli studio au calme, avec ascenseur, parfaitement équipé ,tout juste rénové. Salle de bain/wc, cuisine très bien équipée(cafetière Nespresso,bouilloir..) canapé-lit avec matelas très confortable, télévision écran plat ajustable et le Wifi.Le studio est situé à 1 minute à pied de la Promenade des Anglais,des plages, de la place Masséna et du cours Saleya. Proche tramway. Boutiques et restaurants en bas de l'immeuble.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
