Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. You will appreciate the calm combined with the proximity to the village (300 m). You will enjoy the 25 km of Pénestin coastline with its varied beaches to indulge, according to your desires, in shore fishing, relaxation or board sports. You can taste the famous Pénestin bouchot mussels.

Come and spend a few days, a week or more in our grandparents' house with a large garden overlooking the sea! The house is old but it is very simple, clean and comfortable to stay in. All the bedding is new. The 2000 m2 garden offers direct access to the customs trail and the Plage de la Source de Pénestin. An experience to live with family or friends, unique memories and unforgettable sunsets.

A bright sitting area features large windows that invite natural light. A modern wood stove stands alongside a textured wall, while two armchairs in vibrant red offer comfortable seating. Colorful cushions add a touch of character, and woven baskets are placed for storage.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
