The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Villa Cocoon, located 900 m from the beach and the center of La Baule. Everything on foot or by bike (2). Beautiful small atypical fully equipped luxury home for two people. Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, combined oven, and integrated percolator coffee maker. The bed is on the mezzanine. This one has a very low ceiling, it's always warm! Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Direct access to the heated pool and hammam. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

Three bedrooms (one double bed in each bedroom) including a very nice master suite. Kitchen opens onto 40 m² living room (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge). Two balconies in the living room. Guests can have lunch facing the sea. Avenue Lajarrige Market 300 m away.

Located at 35 boulevard de l 'ocean with a side sea view in the heart of the shopping and family district of La Baule les pins, up to 3 people ( or 2 adults-2 children). 50-meter beach Fiber Shops (Carrefour Market & Spar, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 cheese shop, etc.) at the foot of the building. Market twice a week. Bike rentals a few meters from the apartment. Very bright apartment, large corner terrace... 4th floor elevator.
