A living room of 40 m2 with 2 sofas and 4 armchairs,a large library and a wall in freestones. 1 coffee-table,1 commode louis XV .Télevision, phone and wifi. 1 kitchen with a table for 4 people, equiped with fridge,1 dishwasher,1 stove,microwave,coffee machine,electic kettle,4 kitchen chair. 1 bathroom with a large window: 2 washbassins, bathtub/shower, washing machine and machine to dry. Enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris while the pace and relax after each typical day in a cosy apartement. The area is very well served by bus and etro. 25 m2 apartment located on the first floor of a house on Rue Crémieux. Rue Crémieux is a pleasant and colorful pedestrian street. The apartment is very bright. It is composed of 2 rooms and has 3 large windows. It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the first floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptic office that is open during the day.
