Hello, we are Pina and Giovanni, & we look forward to welcoming you to Pittulongu :) Our newly built villa is located 3-min walk from the stunning white sand beaches of Pittulongu. It is divided into two floors: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room with sofa bed, and a spacious garden. The villa is ideal for families or friends who want to have a relaxing holiday in Pittulongu. It is also located 200 metres from the bus stop, where you could reach the city of Olbia in 10 minutes.

Top duplex apartment (approx. 80 square meters) with beautiful sea views in the "Ladunia" residence for 4 - 6 people on the Gulf of Marinella (3 km from Porto Rotondo, 15 minutes to the ferry in Golfo Aranci, 25 minutes to Olbia Airport). The infinity pool is open from June 1 to September 30. The year-round guarded complex has a sun terrace with direct sea access, a bar with lunch/drinks (in summer), free tennis and soccer field, a children's playground and a service center for all your needs.

A tranquil stone pool is surrounded by natural rock formations and tropical plants. Comfortable seating is positioned nearby, inviting relaxation. The two-story villa above features large glass doors, allowing for natural light and views of the surrounding landscape.
