Rural accommodation, located in the middle of the village, yet perceived as secluded with its lush garden. In summer there are plenty of bike paths and close to the swimming area Sandön (10 min walk). In winter there is access to slalom slope and cross-country skiing tracks (10 minutes by car to Lindbäcks stadium). The house has three 2-bed rooms + 1 sofa bed suitable for 1-2 children, i.e. beds for a total of 6-8 people. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Large kitchen. Bathroom with shower. The house has wifi. Sheets and towels are not included.

A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100 meters away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.
