Adorable guesthouse by the sea

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

For those who like downhill skiing, there are both Kanisbacken and Kåbdalis ski lifts within an hour's reach. The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. Here you can walk 10 minutes after the beach to Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The beautiful nature reserve next to the studio offers many beautiful walking and bike paths. Here you get free parking space and 11 kw electric car charger at cost. 10 min drive to the city center 50 min - Luleå Airport 60 min - Skellefteå Airport

Modern river house, midnight sun, northern light!

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Hållgården's Grandfather's Cottage

Welcome to our cozy Grandfather's Cottage, which is located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
