Cozy apartment, dream view of the lake and mountains

Wake up with a view of the Allgäu mountains and Zugspitze, over which the morning sun turns the sky red. Breakfast overlooking Lake Weissensee. In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
