There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

My small wooden house (30 m²), surrounded by greenery, is particularly suitable for families with children (from 5 years of age - because of the somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor.) It is fully equipped with a 55-inch TV, refrigerator, 2 hot plates, microwave with grill function, and plenty of dishes. For the use of bicycles, sauna and hot tub, I am happy to receive a small entertainment donation. I live in the house next door and am here to help you. I speak Polish and German.

There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

Oprócz chillowania na tarasie zapraszamy Was do naszej stodoły wyposażonej w rzutnik, gry planszowe, stół do ping-ponga. W sadzie jest ogólnodostępne jacuzzi, wiatka z grillem i piecem do pizzy.

Although the building is directly adjacent to the owners' house, we have taken special care to ensure the privacy of our guests and a peaceful and comfortable stay. Privacy is a great value to us. The villa is located on Lake Kisajno (on the Great Masurian Lakes route) in a quiet part of Giżycko, which is known as the sailing capital of the Masuria region. The villa "on Lake Kisajno" is a comfortable modern-style residence built in 2015, located in the Tracz Bay on Lake Kisajno, directly by the marina, within a closed housing estate in a quiet and touristy part of Giżycko.
