A private small attic room without cleaning fee

This small room is only about 10 by 8 feet on the third floor with shared small bath room with another room.There is almost no space to move around. Ductless AC provides cold air. I promise I change sheets, pillow cases and towels every time. If you are picky of space , please go around. I don’t want to upset you and then give me a bad review. Again，this room is always fully booked.Mattress is from Costco too. 15 minutes away from Newark airport. 30 minutes away from downtown NY.

Private bedroom and shared bathroom in clean, modern "family-style" Airbnb. Shared kitchen can be used by Guests 8am - 10am and 8pm - 10pm. Quiet, convenient neighborhood. No street parking, so we recommend public transportation. Five-minute walk to Hudson-Bergen Light Rail 45th St. station and several budget-friendly restaurants. To get to downtown Manhattan, take Hudson-Bergen Light Rail to Exchange Place, then transfer to PATH train to World Trade Center (1 stop away).

You will be 10 minutes away from a boat ride to downtown NYC & a 20 minute car ride to Brooklyn via our beautiful Verrazano Bridge & 20 minutes by car to New Jersey.
