Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

A sunlit rooftop terrace features a dining table set with plates and utensils, surrounded by umbrellas providing shade. Lounge chairs are positioned nearby, with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills under a partly cloudy sky, emphasizing the tranquil outdoor space.

We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Two-room apartment located in a courtyard house, consisting of an entrance bedroom with a double bed and armchair-bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Independent entrance. The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.
