There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). This huge house has 2 swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, gym, ping pong table, dart game and Nitento game is on request. Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only. ( Changing all linens is once a week) Electricity: 100 units a day is included in the rental, additional is 7 bahts per unit.
