Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax!!! Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Lodge located in Woodston!

This is our family get-together house that we are sharing with you! It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, with a fully stocked kitchen, room for 10 to sleep, and a private drive behind the house with some covered parking. A great place to rent while in the area for hunting, fishing, or family! This house is located in Woodston, just 20 miles East Webster State Park and 20 miles South of Kirwin Reservoir. We don't allow pets in the house, but there is a fenced in area with a shelter for outdoor pets.

The Sportsman Lodge

The Sportsman Lodge is a great spot to relax after a day in the field or on the water. It’s spacious, dog-friendly, and has a big yard with room for games or just hanging out. You’ll have access to an outbuilding for cleaning game and storing gear for convenience. The cabin is close to public land, and a variety of public land to explore. Tiny Cottage on the Prairie

Enjoy your visit to the Midwest's Smoky Hills when you stay in this unique tiny cottage dating back to the 1950's. Many locals stopped during the renovation to tell me their stories of living here. The interior has changed very little. The bed is a traditional double. The couch extends to a twin bed if the full bed is too cozy for two. The kitchen and bath areas are small. The kitchen sink doubles as bathroom sink. The screened porch with fireplace is enjoyable weather permitting.

Phillipsburg also hosts Kansas's Largest Rodeo which our house is 5 minutes from.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.

Liberty Lodge

Liberty Lodge is located just minutes away from Kirwin Reservoir. The reservoir is known as the goose capital of Kansas. It also known for its great walleye and crappie fishing. The lodge comes with everything you will need for your stay. DirecTV television, large garage to clean game or fish, and plenty of parking to park vehicles, boats etc.

Cozy Lake Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 2 min. walk from Los Primos and The Office Bar & Grill. Right on Main Street so about a block away from Alma's movie theater. There is a nice deck out back for grilling with family after a relaxing day on the lake.
