Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. For 13-16 guests, the Annexe costs extra.

Easy Family Living Close to St Ives Bay

This is a family house - light, airy, comfortable - it's easy to feel at home here. The living area on the first floor is open plan with comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen. The views across the Bay towards St Ives and Lelant are beautiful. There is a deck off the kitchen and a terrace at the front of the property - both perfect for watching the sun go down. The beach and coastal path are a 5 minute walk away. Everything a family or group of friends could want for a relaxing break.

Fantastic Beach Location and Fabulous Views

Fantastic location sitting on the side of St Ives Bay with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The beach and coastal footpath is only minutes away by foot, as is the Bluff Inn, Cove Cafe and a Mini-Mart. Phillack is on the edge of Hayle with a M&S food store and plenty of interesting local shops. Try the famous Philps pasties and Mr B's home-made ice cream.
