Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Ideally located to discover the historical center of Munich and the Nymphenburg Castle, this confortable roof terrasse appartment will allow you to discover the German "Gemütlichkeit" (cosiness) with a French touch (as we are a French/German Family). You will access this apartment through a lift and enjoy the view over the charming old historical buildings on one side of the appartement and over the modern Munich skyline on the terrasse side. You can also use our open fireplace and piano.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Detached villa with a wonderful south view, all-round balcony with hammock, completely south-facing, modernly equipped, but in the middle of nature. The hut contains a wood-burning sauna, beds, table, chairs, TV, terrace etc. A modern outdoor kitchen (March 15 - November 15) is about 20m away from the hut, as is the heated bathroom with toilet. Corona-technically, the villa consists of 3 separate, contactlessly accessible objects, 3 parties with up to 6 guests each can live separately..
