A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

An ancient stone structure, reflecting its historic charm, stands surrounded by manicured green lawns and trees. The structure features a simple wooden door and a steep roof, with windows that add to its rustic appearance. A gravel pathway leads visitors toward the entrance.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

The kitchen space features a modern design with a combination of white cabinetry and dark countertops. Equipped appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The kitchen is well-lit, showcasing a spacious counter area for meal preparation.

"Le Refuge des Hirondelles" Escape to this quiet countryside accommodation, located at the gates of the city of Château-Gontier sur Mayenne (3 km), in the town of LA ROCHE-NEUVILLE. This restored old barn is next to our home but totally independent. Mixing charm of the old and modern. The accommodation is in the heart of our farm, a tractor can be heard occasionally! Non-smoking accommodation/ Pets not allowed.
