Only 10 minutes by regional train & bus to Potsdam! Also perfect for cycling around the lake on the Europaweg & to Sanssouci Palace. Everything your heart desires is in the room for your well-being. Beds with linen, bathroom with towels & kitchen are fully equipped.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot might be just right for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

Our Schwalbenloft is a stylish and sustainably furnished refuge with lots of wood and almost 100 square meters. A large kitchen-living room with a beautiful dining area with a large fridge with freezer, water and ice dispenser awaits you. The comfortable sofas in front of the 58-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, RTL+ and much more invite you to relax. The bedroom with work corner has a wellness bed. Children often find their kingdom in the sparrow's nest. The bathroom promises unforgettable evenings.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Vacation bungalow to breathe deeply by the lake. A place for people who are looking for a break and like to be in nature. The small bungalow is a great base to explore the towns of Potsdam, Caputh, Ferch or Werder Havel. The bungalow has two rooms, a living room with double bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. And there is a large terrace. The bungalow is suitable for a couple or a family with a maximum of one small child. We don't rent to construction workers.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

The apartment in the palace park, which is equipped with stylish, exceptional and antique furniture, impresses with its direct proximity to Caputh Palace and the state capital of Potsdam. Potsdam can be reached in just half an hour by bike, but also by bus, which departs in the immediate vicinity. The Schwielowsee region is one of the most popular recreational areas near Berlin. Surrounded by lakes, you can enjoy a few quiet days here.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Vacation near Petzinsee near Potsdam

-- The inn is closed in winter until March! -- Otherwise, when you're with us, sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. The guest house is on our property, but somewhat separated and therefore private. The Petzinsee swimming area is about a 10-minute walk away. In just a few minutes by car or by bus or bicycle you can reach Potsdam with its sights. Berlin can also be reached quickly from Potsdam by train or S-Bahn.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
