Room with bathroom, dining table, refrigerator and TV is in the countryside, 1 km from the beach and city center Umag. Enjoy friendly Mediterranean atmosphere in green garden drinking wine or trying the best olive oil. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there are mostly private houses in the street and nice sport playground and children playground, as well . The house next door is serving a breakfast. There are all kinds of beach - sand, rock beach..The position is perfect for bike and runing!

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our old stone family house. It is located in the tiny and very quiet village of Gornji Picudo (8km from Umag and 6 km from the nearest beach) surrounded by forests, olive groves and large grass fields.
